Typically, manufacturer's warranties cover the cost of parts - but not labor (see details below). If labor is not covered, San Diego Electric Bike will cover the cost of labor for in-store customers for the first 30 days (receipt is required). Afterwards, customers are responsible for the cost of all labor and service items. For online customers, most warranty claims can be filed directly with the manufacturer.
